Oh snap, I didn't realize it was coming out this soon. Any good? Wish it was out on PC too.

Looks great but you will never see me buy a console. If you want to invite me over, thats fine. Whats said is I couldn't find anything saying they plan for a future PC release.

Re: RED DEAD REDEMPTION
Got it for 360. Seems good so far. A bit like GTA as a western. The horse controls seems a bit wonky, but I think I'll get used to it.

Re: RED DEAD REDEMPTION
My wife just bought me a 360 so I decided that I had to pick this game up. So far its a pretty fun game, I just don't have enough time to play it.

I've been waiting for some reviews on the PS3 version, I'm a fan of Rockstar and this one looks interesting. Is it open (go anywhere) like GTA or more linear/confined?
I have a butt and you do too. Let's be friends.

Yep it is open and two versions of multiplayer are open as well(one with friends only and one with random people).

I finished it recently and restarted playing (you can play through as a good guy or a bad mang, I did the good guy route first).KRG wrote:I've been waiting for some reviews on the PS3 version, I'm a fan of Rockstar and this one looks interesting. I really enjoyed it, you can just play the game and do things linear and be done with it in a week or so, or really enjoy it and play the game rounded completing extra tasks, hunting, challenges, finding treasure. I finished it in a few weeks but even then i skipped out on quite a bit of extra material as I was enjoying the storyline.
If you want to be a good guy and still get away with a little mis'behavin

Re: RED DEAD REDEMPTION
Damn good game, I bought it on Friday and beat it today. The ending is unexpected (I knew what was going to happen though, it was spoiled for me :[ ). Oh yeah, and there is one last bit of storyline out there if you think you've beat the game just by missions - explore Blackwater and you'll know what I am talking about.
