You know what else is annoying? Bullets. How they make your HP go down? They should totally do something about those.

I realize I'm being a bit snotty, but c'mon. The Scattergun is meant for large groups while the FaN is suited for single-combat. Let me repeat. A weapon designed to excel during one-on-one fights. It was a change up for different playstyles of Scout. Even two people going against one FaN Scout was a terrible disadvantage to that Scout. Yeah, he annihilated the person he hit because he was meant to. Scattergun Scouts can rush into a base and blast multiple people while the FaN Scout cannot, at least not as effectively. The Scattergun Scout is more than capable of handling one-on-one combat, yet the FaN excelled at it.

Just because people complain doesn't mean something is wrong. If there is one thing I've learned playing this game, the only thing people like doing more than playing TF2 is complaining about TF2. Nothing irritates me more than these people. The Heavy this and the Demo that, the Sandman this and the Equalizer that. People complain about Snipers too, should they also be removed from the game? How about the Spy? It saddens me that players like me, who stick through the updates and learn how to use and how to deal with new things and become a better player in the process, are in the vast minority amidst people who stamp their feet and jump up and down pouting in the Steam forums. You can name any gameplay mechanic there is, and there is someone in the world who thinks that very thing is the most annoying thing in TF2 and needs removed or nerfed. Shall we cater to them all?

You did not like the Force-A-Nature. You found it annoying. Were you alone? No, far from it in fact. Not liking something is not grounds for nerfing or removal. Accept it, learn it, know it, defeat it. Everything in this game is counterable, FaN included.

I think they should nerf the Medigun. I was shooting somebody once, but then a Medic healed him and I couldn't kill him anymore. Totally unfair.

They cleaned us out. I think the Medic is OP.

i never did get the scout grief...but then again im a pro airblast, flare gun pyro...and that means i control the scout

That still doesn't change that it was more annoying then usual, and that says a lot when your making a class like the scout even more annoying.

Valve recognized this and went "Hmmm people find this weapon annoying, how can we change it to make it less annoying but still just as balanced as it was now?" and so they changed the pop-up to a pushback, and now the weapon is balanced yet not annoying.

I remember getting killed by ironwolf with the FAN after the update going, hmmm that was annoying but it felt actually fair rather cheap.... then he killed me again and I still had the same feeling...... and then he got me again and I went "DANG IT IRONWOLF WHY WON'T YOU DIE WHEN I SHOT AT YOU" but I wasn't blaming the FAN for once.

I think this new FaN mode is even more favorable to the previous one.

Seriously? I may have to dust my FaN off and play around with it.

I still prefer the Scattergun, mainly because of my style. I just love getting in peoples' faces with it. BLAM x6, baby!

Old demoman weapons should return in the next demoman patch.

non-sticky remote launcher whose weapons explode upon death if not triggered.

6-shot GL that bounces on the ground and explodes.

also replace the melee weapon for a det pack.

If you're gonna do that then you may as well bring back the mirv too ;)

And if that happens, then I want engy's to get EMP's back, and I'll go back to playing engy, but PLEASE don't revert the pyro, TFC pyro was teh suck.

Lunchbox go boom! Anyone who complains about spam in TF2 doesn't have a clue what spam REALLY is. :lol:

1 lunchbox grenade created 5 seperate explosions. Take a handful of demos shooting pipes and tossing their lunches on murderball. . . .THAT is spam. :lol:
