Ewwwww.... really?
The toggle animation between m203 and m16 is buggy and slow as snot in January. And you're stuck with the m16 as well. I'd rather sit out a round than use that p.o.c.

I hate the 3-round burst 16. Absolute ca-ca. In fact, I really don't like any of the Marine weapons except the 249 SAW.

After extensive playing I must say that the gravity-defying RPG is the most lethal weapon in the game.

Clay won't be happy until the rocket drops like a sack of lead mice after 20 yards. :P

I like how a 2-3 foot wall is enough cover to survive it's explosion. I've seen someone shooting it about 1-3 feet from the, over one of those little walls, and the live just fine.

Well usually when I play, I pick rifleman and almost always end up as an RPG'er no matter what. Pretty good with the RPG because of it, considering I've logged over 1000 kills with it.

The M4 aimpoint is definitely my weapon of choice. Unforetunately I rarely get it since my computer takes forever to load. I have grown quite accustomed to the m16 though and although I wish it could go full auto I still bring people down pretty well with it.

The saw is cool on karkar since you can just blast into the a area and kill anyone who is dumb enough to stand up and some that are laying.

On the insurgents side it's all about the ak and the mini ak thing that the sergeants carry. The rpg is useful when in the right hands but I hate using it. I prefer to be up there face to face killing people and capping points.

I absolutely despise the AKSU (mini AK) because it jams ALL the time. I seriously get three single shots out and then have to switch to the pistol and back to clear the action. And on auto it's absolutely worthless except at very close range. It's basically the Soviet version of the Ingram MAC-10 room-broom.

Strange, it's never jammed up on me. Heard several people say that they have jams or they try to take a shot and nothing happens. As for fixes, some try shooting off 1-2 rounds after you spawn, I find that reloading as soon as I respawn seems to work just fine.

Try one of those & see if yer jamming problem persists.

Yea, insurgency doesn't have jamming in the game, though there is a bug report where people are saying that the first round doesn't fire... and that it's related to server plugins. Maybe the server admins can take a look at that?

For myself, I've never had it happen, and I love the AKS74U :)

The problem I have isn't the jamming (which is annoying, but I can live with it,) it's the fact that when it happens I can't reload at all. I have to switch weapons, and then switch back, so that it does the cycling-the-bolt animation, and then I can reload. If I remember I'll try reloading when I spawn, but it seems to me that the problem is there's no way to manually clear the action. And no way to tap the clips before you slam them home, in order to make sure all the rounds are securely seated to reduce the jamming problem.

They may say there's no jamming, but it certainly happens to me. And it's usually not the first round.

I love the M4 Aimpoint way to much. The downside... so does everyone else and I can chose Marine Sergeant and be magically placed on the INS side... that needs to be fixed.
