I can't figure out what to do. I set all my graphics settings to low to improve my FPS and it worked great. But it doesnt save my settings so every time I go back into DoD:S I have to turn them back on low. Is there something I'm missing?

Do you have -dxlevel somewhere in your launch options?
Is your config.cfg file set to read only?

Well, it's not good!
GeForce 4 cards are quite ancient now!
If you decide to replace your card, look for
Memory size: 128Mb - 256Mb
Try looking through these:

You have an AGP 4x/8x slot....

I would suggest a video card with a minimum of 256MB. You could probably get one pretty cheap now. Check newegg.com.
