I've had a passing interest in this, and now that ARMA2 is on sale I feel I should ask, is it worth it?

Carpe, just wait for stand alone. Unless there's some kind of deal for people who bought Arma2 prior to stand alone.

Rocket says it won't be out in December but they have been working their asses off. But he hasn't had a vacation in 9 months so he decided to go home for a few weeks for the holidays and screw the December release for the sake of his sanity.

But like shifty says, we're all done with the mod and waiting for the stand alone.

if anyone still plays this game, the group i'v been running with recently purchased a server (Atlantic Coast Gaming) look up ACG in the searchbox and you should be able to find it, it's a Namalsk private hive server but the version is a lessor one than is out.
