I really think the amount of fun you have with this game depends on who you're playing with. It can be kind of frustrating playing with randoms, but hop onto teamspeak and it's a whole different experience :)

I will say this game feels a bit different than other BF games to me(I'm coming from 1942 and BF2, never played the BC games). Especially the smaller infantry maps. that took some getting used to for me.

I'm starting to genuinely enjoy the game. It took a lot longer than I thought it would to get used to the eb and flow and how different it is to TF2. I have a couple of unlocks and upgrades to my current guns and that has helped a huge amount also. The red dot sight was a massive jump for me in accuracy.

The infrared scope is overpowered. Way. Way. Overpowered. I yearn for it and at the same time wish they would just either nerf it, or remove it altogether.

Getting on teamspeak does not hurt.

It seemed to take a long time to get the first unlock and upgrade but since then there has been a steady stream. For those that played a bit and gave up I guess there is just a (stupid) lead time to obtain some weapons/upgrades to make the game fair enough to be enjoyable.

I've found I enjoy the large open maps much more than the others so I play those when I can.

I'm glad I toughed out a very rough start.

I had a lot of fun with those. They aren't very powerful but they have quite a few other advantages. I never did get the Daewoo shotgun does the Automatic fire rate help with the power issues? Also what is the magazine capacity?

It only looses 1 round of capacity compared to the striker and still has the detachable magazine of the saiga. In real life the USAS is a piece of junk but it sounds like in game its the most powerful shotgun in all respects. I love the frag 12s when they work they really work my record is 7 kills with a single twelve round magazine. :D

Hey its what i do. You teach us all about what the coast guard actualy does. I teach everyone that despite its appearance in many realistic modern video games the Pancor Jackhammer never existed outside of the prototypes and wasn't really a good design anyways. And speaking of back to karkland, why is the HK53 an engineer carbine instead of the G33k?
