Had an idea a while ago that might help clean up the netherspawn hub. Maybe. But instead of just making the one building a part of the hub but with decent sized tunnels going in the 4 Cardinal directions . it means some more shared track overall but once they are done it makes anyone else that is connecting have an easier route of doing so.

As usual I'll be looking for some Jungle and two particular horses (color is what matters): Black with white spots and brown with white patches.

If you happen to find either and they suck at being horses; keep them alive and I'll come rescue them.

Nice work on the seed Admins! And great job by Stevo to have a map ready to go on load-in!!

Flash I've got some jungle out around 1751, -1634. I'm doing a Guardian grinder just off shore but you're welcome to make use of the jungle if you don't mind my little building on the beach.

Well JD and I discovered something that might force us to change up Netherhub plans.

Spawn is located directly on top of a nether fortress. The main portal right now is just on top of the fortress...

Not sure what's the best way of using the fortress.

Alright so I put a lot of work into the NetherHub with JD and it's largely up and running already using the Netherfortress as a prebuilt template for the hub.

-I'm not sure what you guys want to do with it but I've knocked down a few walls to create a large main area with 2 hallways on the south and east can be used for additional connections if they are required. There's enough lighting in the main hub to prevent Blazes and Wither Skeletons from spawning although the rest of the fortress still has enough darkness for blazes to spawn since you need to put up to 11 light to prevent them from spawning. I'd perfer if the torches I put down were replaced with something fancier later but for now it works.

-I found a blaze spawner and walled it off, I've put a sign where it is and someone can convert it to a blaze grinder if they wish.

-Most redundant areas of the nether fortress we're at is walled off to prevent confusion.

As a fast project I've created a tunnel that leads to a nethergate which is right on the bay which connects to the ocean to the North east of us if villuns want to use it to settle further or to find Ocean Monuments. Since the nether fortress extends so much to the north-east it only required a little bit of tunneling to make so I thought why not.

Found a stronghold. Nether Portal to it will be up soon. I've put 710 books from the stronghold library in the spawn storage room. First come, first serve.

I've continued to Renovate the spawn nether fortress so that the hallways are more optimized for moving around which meant knocking down a lot of walls and putting up new ones to block off redundant parts of the fortress. Most of the existing connection halls should be lit up enough to prevent blazes from spawning although for some reason every once and a while one will slip in for some reason....

I've also been constructing a wither hunting ground with some larger spawning platforms and bars at 3 high to block wither skeles to make them easier to kill (wither skeles can't run under 2 high holes since they're too tall). It's shut off from the main fortress and labelled properly.

I found a double zombie dungeon below the tree farm, should we make some sort of xp farm with them?

Also, Marf, do you think your close enough to spawn? (He went 25K west of spawn, its an impressive journey).


Also, I will take a crack at the spawn logo, I could use any diorite that you dont need for the spawn logo.

Ya Giz, whats the deal, did you get lazy on us? Your only about 9K from spawn to the North West.... Dont be a slacker, see if you can top marf. I hear if you go 50K from spawn you cross a boundary and end up back on Villanville. ;-P

I was looking at the map of marfs journey and counted 9 water temples in the water just on his journey due west.

I didn't look for other temples or villages on his trip yet. 50k is quite the journey
