PSA: Minecarts

Remember to pick up your minecarts after using public tracks. Loose minecarts present obstacles to other users of the track, and are especially hazardous to travelers on horseback.

Well, I found two loose carts on the track last night. One of them captured my horse and it suffocated in a wall I guess. So I just wanted to post a reminder to prevent that.
