should be a correction from false to true in the tekkitmain atomicscience.cfg file

Most likely no, you'll need to generate some new chunks.

silliness aside, I have achieved sustainable fusion...just tinkering with output efficiency, please note i said fusion...not fission...fission is for the mere mortals...that being said, I will set up a breeder reactor for the mortals to use, as they gaze in wonderment at my contained stellar material, and recharge their fissile material, next on the docket after that is an LHC
