I'm all for it. I'm currently working on a large project, but it hasn't gotten that far along and I can always start over in the new map.
Also, this update seems like it's too big to not reset.

Well the results are speaking for themselves.
Its currently 26/1/2 so it looks like were going to plan for a reset.
I will leave the poll open so others can vote and comment if they wish, We will sit down and stat planning our server update strategy and schedule.
Please remember that this map will be backed up and available for download so that you can continue to work on projects locally if you so desire.

As a reminder, DO NOT DESTROY ANYTHING OR EVEN START LAYING DYNAMITE UNTIL THE APPROPRIATE TIME.
We want to make sure we have a pristine archive copy and getting a little "head start" will prevent that from happening.

Any update on this? With the new patch due tomorrow, do we have a destruction day/reset scheduled, or is that still in planning stages?

I think we're going to have destruction day the day after the update, and reset the day after that. The exact time will be announced when the update is released. Be prepared for it to happen any time this week...
