2nd and 3rd Screens on a laptop
Here is my issue. At karaoke at the bar we have a computer monitor for the singer, but then also regular TVs and a projector for the audience to see. I am using an adapter that allows me to do both at the moment, but it takes up one of my 2 USB ports. Is there anyway with a ATI Radeon M200 (integrated) and Vista or XP to use both the Monitor out put and the S-Video out put, with both showing Screen 2 (Extended Desktop)?

Dunno sir.
Matrox makes a box that plugs into the USB port and gives you several more monitor outputs.....Actually they have two devices, one for 2 additional monitors and one for 4.
But if your worried about USB ports just buy a USB hub and plug it in to the 2nd USB port and give yourself 4 or more USB ports.
