I think when on server, there is a command that I can say to disable the hlstatsx notifications. I recall trying it once and that it did not work. I became very frustrated trying to break 10k last night, so I give up

I can't find anything on the hlstatsx site to stop it..

Basically, I find it depressing that I am no longer gaining points, and my kpd ain't going up any time soon, so I'd just as soon no longer care... but it's hard to ignore when it keeps telling me... +2 +2 .... -6..

I despise the stats personally and never pay any attention to them. To me it's about team play and anyone who posts about how well they are doing in the stats ....I'm glad for them but it's meaningless.

So do this, SU.
In chat say "Settings".
Then turn off the message spam.

Secondly, in chat say "/hlx_hideranking" to take yourself out of the stats.
