Tell me what you think of a site

Specifically my Rocky Horror Cast site. I have been working with my new company (Ohio Technical Consulting, a web design company) to redo the home page. I want to know what people think. I am having one issue, I can not figure out how to make the site centered and be XHTML 1.0 Strict compliant. If someone knows how please let me know.

Also, the menu is only temporary, I have a guy building a new one for me but he is out of town at the moment

Looks good.
If you want to center it in XHTML Strict, you'll have to use CSS. You should also replace your tables with div tags and use CSS rules to position everything correctly. To center the page, you can set the left and right margins of the main div to auto.

I will also look into the DIVs in place of tables. My boss is lazy and only uses tables, so I can't do it for all of our sites, but since I handle mine exclusively (I just get advice from my boss and some flash stuff that he can do better then me). Though I may be able to work it in, since there are only 4 of us in the company and I am the main programmer
