HTML5 help?

Does anyone know how to embed a audio file from a location on a drive? Like <embed name="Scary" src="scary.mp3" loop="true" hidden="true" autostart="true">
Being that the scary.mp3 is what I'm trying to play from a location on a computer. The only way I can do this that works for me is using a link from a site that hosts mp3 files.

Easiest way is to upload on to YouTube and set to unlisted.
