Looking for some one to teach me how to do Demos

So I can record Azz hats I run into tire of not having any evidence of some idiots misbehavior on servers.

thanks if it is some thing I can print out and post next to my Monitor or some kind of short cut or maybe combination
then how do I find it and how do I play it etc

To record a demo, do the following:

1) Open your console (default key is ~)

2) Type "record <name>" in console to start recording, where <name> is whatever you want to call the demo. For example, "record badplayer1"

3) Type "stop" in console to stop recording.

If you want to play back a demo later on, open your console at type "playdemo <name>"

The files are recorded as .dem, which do go obsolete over time as TF2 is updated, so if you have something that's actionable, make sure to submit it promptly, or record playback with fraps or something, to preserve it.

OK 2 more questions:

1. What folder do they record to?
2. Were do I get fraps and how does that work?
