Everything looks good and it all looks compatible to me(I am drunk so take that with a grain of salt). The only change I'd recommend is to ditch that GPU and buy this combo instead(it's the same CPU you chose but saves you money on a GPU upgrade):

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDeal ... mbo.601870

The combo for the same CPU(455) and better GPU(6870) is $291.98 -$15.00 rebate= $276.98
The price of the 455 and the 6850 you chose together was $263.98 -$20.00 rebate= $243.98

While this will cost you $33 more than you had originally intended to spend I believe the better card will be worth it in the long run. Seriously though that looks like a really solid build as is, so if you stick to your original plan I'm sure you wont be disappointed.

Looks fine to me.
