One thing with double slot video cards, is that some of them can be quite long. I have seen people have to get new towers because their mid tower was too small. Though, I have never heard anyone have this problem with an Antec Nine Hundred, so you will be just fine. :)

Both of my desktops are in Antec 900's - they're pretty nice cases :-) You won't have any trouble with your card. I have a GTX 470 in one of mine, which is half an inch longer than the GTX 560 you're getting. The fit is snug, but not troublesome.

The Antec 900 is an awesome case, there is a reason why it is the best selling after all.

I must say that I am partial to the quiet-tower style of case (fractal design and antec performance one series are examples).
