Sounds like an uninstal directory for one of the Service Pack updates

Those are uninstall files for the Windows Updates that your computer automatically installs to keep your OS up to date. You CAN delete them, but then it will be hard to roll back updates if they break something.

Are you looking to free up space or just deleting for deleting's sake? :)

well I was originally trying to free up space as I needed to install a program for my HDs so I could Migrate them to a new larger drive. But I found enough space.

Umm why? I am still thinking of deleting them they do take up a Lot of space on the disk 143 folder on the drive and the average from 858 kb to 2.5 meg so just from the low side that is 121,836 KB++ or 122mb

IIRC running CCleaner will clean up these files for you.
