A second screen on a remote desktop
I am trying to figure out if this is possible and if so how to pull it off. I have a nice new Motorola Droid. I cna use it to remote desktop into my laptop. I have figure out how to get it to play music (Remember, I am a DJ) out of the proper computer, but now I have another thought - is it possible that when I have 2 screens set up for Karaoke or Video DJing, to keep the second screen from shutting off when I connect from my phone?

Short answer, I dont think so. I think there are apps that will let you "remote" into an active desktop screen, thereby controlling the computer as if you were sitting in front of it, unlike a Terminal connection (like Remote desktop) which connects to the computer but wont allow 2 screens.
For the iPhone I would recommend iTap or VNC, but if you dont have an iPhone you'll need to find an equivalent.

I don't see the purpose of doing this.

Android VNC worked perfectly. Now I can take a wireless mic with me and bail out the bartender when he gets to lazy (I am percentage based for pay) with out having to run back to my computer every 3-4 minutes Thanks guys
