HELP!!!

Im trying to upload my map on the WCC Soccer site and when it's uploading for a while the page like restarts and everything that I typed disappears and it stops uploading :x . It tried to upload my map 3 times and it did this every time.

My map finally got uploaded :D Probably because I made it a rar file. I didnt use that FTP site, that stuff really confuses me but thanks anyway Dog.
