the BBCode looks like this
One of the most useful functions, posting images. IMO this is the best way
1. Register a free account at www.photobucket.com (or similar like imageshack. Dont use the ville's photo albumming, lets keep the bandwidth free for forum traffic etc)
2. Upload pic to your photo album from your computer
3. Open your photo album, find your pic, copy the code for posting on message boards (will look like )
4.Paste the BBCode into your post where you want it to appear.
This is also how you get your images into your signature!
examples:
*there should be no spaces between the brackets and the first and last letters of the url, like there is in the example above
Looks like this:
*Things to keep in mind when posting images
~ Keep the image size small, entire image should fit in your screen
~ Keep the file size small too, dont forget that every time your post is viewed the reader has to DL your image from the photbucket server (or what ever host you decided to use).
** You can use thumnailed links to your images see example http://www.theville.org/viewtopic.php?t=3662. PM me for detailed instructions
