I need to send in a file of a speech for an online class I'm taking and the only acceptable formats are MP3 and WAV, but the file is in AAC format. Does anyone know how I can convert it to one of the other two options?

You can also do it from within iTunes if you already have that installed.

Yeah, simply just change your import settings to import audio using the MP3 Encoder.
