Server Seeding is one of the most important jobs, here at TheVille.
We need to ensure our servers are always full.

In order to find out who are the best ones at seeding and filling servers, I have added a little plugin that keeps an eye on who is doing the filling!
It works like this.

If you are one of the first eight people on the server, beginning the seeding process, then it marks you as a seeder. If you stay on the server until it reaches 18 or more players, then you receive one seed point. 18 is usually a good number to make the server self-sustaining.

The data is passed back to here: http://www.theville.org/admintools/seedlist.php
from which we can see who are the best server seeders!

Odd...I seem to not show up in the list anymore. I was on it before with 2 or 3 seed points before.

A small bug I noticed - if the map changes, it seems to only says you seeded for the current time of the map - not the actual time that you spent on there. I know it may seem impressive that myself, Dog, and a couple of other people seeded the DoD:S server last night in three minutes, but it's not exactly true...

Maybe you haven't joined onto a server early enough to be a marked a seeder?

I have 2 seed points but my name is not on the list. It's just like Masterchef.
