In the heat of the moment finding an admin can be crucial. Let's make sure everyone knows the best way to find admin assistance. All of the admins are here to make your gaming experience at The Ville a better place. Below you will find the current various ways of contacting an admin.


-- The Game Server Admins page on the homepage to the right, under the section titled "Information" lists all our admins and which games they are set up with. You'll notice on the game server admins page, the game icons are listed in order of game preferred by that particular admin. If you need help on the CSS server look for an admin with the CSS icon listed first. From here you can send them a private message, or go on to the next step and add them to your friends list.


-- Forum users who have enabled it, display a link to add the user to their steam friends list under the avatar. Clicking the "ADD" button sends the person a friends request. Add each admin automatically to your steam friends list with this button.


-- Visit The Ville steam group page and add the admins to your steam friends list from there. The admins will be displayed on the home page, and each will have a star next to the name. You can also send a chat request from here without the admin actually being on your friends list.

-- Open a ticket at the Help Desk

-- Use the Shout Box on the home page.

-- Gold Supporters can also initiate vote kicks.

All the admins here are very nice and willing to help. Please, dont be shy.
