If you click on their name on the old one it shows their post count.

Looking at it - I bet it is related to permissions. The issue is for some people, they have made their profile private and all I see as a post count is "NULL". I bet Admins see their actual post count.

Since even if your profile is private I see your "Points", that would be why sorting on points works properly but sorting on posts doesn't.

Sorting NULL in an array in some languages, like in perl, can cause that array to be treated like a string and not a numerical value.

The only real way to fix this would be to force the sort function to be nummeric.

I'm willing to help fix it ... i would just need to see the source for that PHP page so I can see it pre-processed.

Sadly it doesn't work that way.
It is PHP but a bunch of code is scattered all over the place.
It isn't broken because it works for us. It's a permissions issue.

Let me look at the PCP definitions and I'll check if they have been set correctly.
These entire boards are governed by PCP and it is a pain to get working properly at times.
