I think I'm not alone in having a hankering for some custom maps.

Back when I was first dipping my toes at The Ville, my favorite times came at TV4 and playing custom maps with a big bunch of Villuns and as such I'll always have a big soft spot for the Customs server.

But lately TV2's been a ghost town!

So, rather than gripe about it, I'm thinking setting a weeknight so we could plan to get in at once and start the server rather than have one or two lone folks give it a try and give up after a while.

Just tossing out Wednesday (edited from Tuesday) at 9:00 VST (Central US), who'd up for that? If it works we could make a regular thing of it.

I'm thinking we should start with something that draws - toy_fort, desertfortress or something like that?

If you want in, post here so I can harass you with invites tomorrow.

I'm always willing to help seed so feel free to send me an invite anytime. I'm usually not back from work until after nine on Tuesday nights so it might be hit-or-miss for my availability those days.

I'd like to join. I'm available for seeding nearly every day. Except Saturday. Saturdays I'm busy with other things.


I'd also like to see TV2 Map Testing nights for testing maybe three maps from TF2maps.net or FPSBanana or something, just so we can have more maps on the rotation.

Oh how i loath toyfort, don't know why; probably too many toys.

However, i will seed if sent an invite to remind me. Especially if someone wants to keep kritzing me as soldier so i can get 5 kills and the achievement to go with it

Not a requirement, but i'm just saying, i won't hate the person for doing it.

Tuesdays I might be able to make at 8:30 CST (I have class until 8:00 CST)
I'll drop in when I'm free after class regardless.

Note if Tuesdays aren't good for some, we can always change to/add a different night!

Mon/Wed are best for me, but not sure about others.

Wednesdays (other than this coming Wednesday) would likely be problematic for me as I would have to leave at 8:30 PM ville time.

Tuesdays would likely be fine.

Maybe it would be good to switch to a different day of the week every month or so because some people's schedules might not be able to work with a particular day?

I nominate any night that we can get more than 12 people together.

I'm totally in but i cant show up until 9 VST any weeknight so I will saunter in a half an hour late. Any day is fine though.

My Wednesday evenings are variable, when it comes to availability, but if you see me on Steam, send me an invite! I'll join if I can, as Customs are definitely something I want to support.

Should add me to the list of people to invite. I'd love to play on TV2 more.
