Because waste is symmetrical and haarp is not, you'll notice all maps with symmetry are 10/10 and all that aren't are 8 attacker and 12 defender.

Just wondering, since haarp is listed as a ctf, now that I think about I remember waste being the tug-o-war style payload.

Haarp is an a/d CTF, BLU pushes the INT to forward cap points. Waste is, as you say, a tug-o-war style map.

For ctf_vikings_final, request to increase the cap limit from 3 to, say, 7 or higher. The map plays very quickly once the glass over the intel is broken, which doesn't need to take very long.
