Every few days, I keep looking for TV4 to come back up, and each time I see no Ville outlet for which to get my AoC fix.
Are there plans of this changing?

There are some changes in the works, yes.
But we are not sure when at this time. Soon.

DOW was the main seeder for that server and now he has gone MIA. It's a shame to, AOC is now a much better game with the new updates.

ya like Noodge said, DOW dropped off the face of the earth, and he was the main guy who got the server up and going.
Not to mention that when we did get a game going it was usually really early in the morning when ever was either sleeping, or wish they were sleeping.
