I love the map. It's pretty and I like the concept, but it became unplayable for me this morning. I really hope they fix it, but in the meantime, I think we should take it out of the rotation.

I sat there for several minutes listening to looping voip, unable to move, until I dc'ed.

Anyway, I think everyone's having the same problems with the map. To be fair, let's vote on it before we bother Silver.

Towards the end of the map the game will start locking up and I'll be getting about 2 fps. The map isn't optimized for anything.

I like it, it works fine for me.
Though I had a huge ping spike after the stature got destroyed.
And a few people dropped shortly after that.

I would suggest to re put it on the rotation after an update.

I voted to remove it.

Really the map rotation needs to be scrambled too while we're at it. If we're keeping monastery and westyrn, they don't need to be back to back.

That may be true. I'm hoping once people become more familiar with those maps and objectives, they will become more popular.

Seems like the problem with westyrn is that people are getting familiar with the map. The way the spawns and chokepoints work on that map, it's impossible for any team to lose once they've secured the town square.

Now with monastary, I just think every other server is just removing it. End up with people with the objective items just running around and circles and then people not knowing where to take them. Not to mention people standing around half the time and reloading and stuff in doorways.

It's gonna get to the point where people will only get familiar with the map if they play on the ville server when it comes up in the rotation, which is maybe 1-2 times a week.
