Early Morning Ridiculousness

Poll says it all. I'm on the "We need to start this thing later so West Coast-ers and late risers aren't shunned out" camp, and I know I'm not alone in it (Keyes, as much as he would hate to say it, would probably agree with me).

So, poll says it all. Vote and put an end of the tyranny of DOW and his early morning shenanigans! (All times are Ville Time)

I would like to make a point. I wake up at 1 pm PST, so I vote early morning Ville AOC take place about 3:30 VST

I get up around 9-10am in the mountain time zone normally on Saturday. There's usually still people on at that time.

Before Masa leads you all down the proverbial primrose path, let me say this:

It's true that I like to start up around 8 or 9 a.m. VST. The quiet and stillness of Saturday and Sunday mornings, along with a cup of coffee and decapitations, has become treasured time which I eagerly anticipate during the week. Furthermore, that time has become de rigueur for some of the European regulars. I am reminded of the heady days when villuns would watch WON.net for the first Ville server to go online each evening. *Ville anthem plays while purple flag rises in the background

I really enjoy watching players join to see their countries. I took French in high school and college. I've been thinking about doing a little refreshing, and maybe purchasing that Rosetta Stone for German. Maybe Max could tutor me.

Anyway, as I've said, just join up when you wake and get a cup of coffee, Mountain Dew or whatever it is you do. We try to keep the server going as long as possible. Typically, by noon V.S.T., my other weekend routines must begin.

You west coasters and late risers lazy hippies could keep it going if you would just join. There will be times that I will be able to rejoin to play for a bit after a while if the server is still hopping.
