Last runs of the YR

Post by Blown65 » Sat Sep 20, 2008 2:13 pm

Local track isn't running Friday night drags till next yr now. Got my last few runs in, new personal best and took some vid inside the car on launch. Next time out Ill mount the camera on the upper roll bar area instead though. Ended up at 10.75@123.4mph Not too shabby. :)

I might have one more race on Oct 4th down in Redding Cali, so might get to improve times some more. I broke the end on one of my plug wires with two runs left, so my ET suffered cause it was missing.

After that, he got behind some different cars.

lol, that was my dad in the Camaro. He beat me most of last yr, but now its my turn for a little bit. He will be faster soon though, I have some things in store for it. (somewhere just north of 800hp)

I don't really like mustangs. I stick with my dads Porsche. Though it is a 1982 924, it still is just as good as most sports cars. My dad wants to sell it and buy either an 09 Dodge challenger, a 2010 Camaro (my favorite), A Porsche 911 (Not a likely choice), Or a JCW Mini Cooper Clubman. (his favorite)
