There are lots of good candidates. It can be someone who is just an all around good villun. Maybe a new player who has been workin up the ranks. Someone who helped you out with a problem. Or, maybe you enjoy reading their replies in the forums...

Just to name a few:
of course, Dog for spending so much time on the RPG mod
Gator and Clay Pigeon have really kicked butt on TV7
Jim Beam, Regis, and Nuckin are always around tryin to help fill the servers and make the forums a fun place too!
