I have a black G Shock on right now. It's pretty solid, and the one I got wasn't too expensive. I'm thinking about getting a different watch, but can't justify spending the money.

I do have a gorgeous wind-up watch sitting on my desk though - need to get the band sized, and then I can start rocking that!

Timex, analog, black. Silicone band.

If I destroy it in a bar fight (hah) or whatever, no loss. Analog, at least for those who grew up with it, easily beats digital. A split second glance and you can tell the time AND grok how close to or past the hour you are, no mental math required.
