Acronym Game

I used to play this on a previous forum and had a blast playing it. Lets see what we can do with it here! If it dies, it dies :)

The rules are quite simple...
You want to make an acronym with the word that was provided by the previous person

Example:
DOUBLE
Don't Octopuses Usually Bite Little Elephants?

EDIT: For extra challenge, make the acronym relevant to the word used! - Thank you Boss Llama for that idea
