Re: The Ville March Madness - 2015 Edition
A lot of one-point games, and some good upsets! Sadly, my dark horse (Harvard) wasn't among them.

If only the ref knew how to call goal tending correctly! Sigh well at least it was fun for SMU to be in there.

Re: The Ville March Madness - 2015 Edition
Not gonna happen, but I wouldn't mind a repeat of the 1998 tournament (Valpo to the Sweet 16)).......but that would also mean Kentucky wins again. Hmmm.

Ahhh, ok, so it's not just me. I thought it seemed unusual, but don't watch enough college ball to be sureGruelsicle wrote:Not just a lot, but the most ever in a single day in the NCAA tourney.Boss Llama wrote:A lot of one-point games,

That 7' 6" dude that plays for Irvine is nuts. Dude can jump like 3 inches and then dunk.

My upset picks are making me upset.
Still have 7 of my elite 8 on the board so I'm not out of it yet.

Re: The Ville March Madness - 2015 Edition
27-7 here, with only 1 S16 team eliminated and my E8 still intact. Phew!
Of course, if anybody had just picked the higher ranked team in every single game, they'd be tied for first right now.
Looks like only one entry in the entire tourney got them all right.

Not necessarily true if you picked SMU then you would have lost out...just saying

I know - hence, "tied for first" rather than "perfect." First for us right now is 5 misses, which is exactly what you'd be if you'd taken the top ranked team in every match this week.

Ouch! That takes my entry from the one with the most potential, to the one with the least No finals for me!

Should have taken the more conservative approach with Kentucky! To be honest, I hope Notre Dame wins this thing so we can watch Domer taunt like a lil' school girl for a bit!Boss Llama wrote:Ouch! That takes my entry from the one with the most potential, to the one with the least No finals for me!
