Sacramento TV/Internet providers

For any of you living in the Sacramento area, who are you using for your TV/Internet services? How do you like them? I've been using Uverse for the last couple of years and while their TV service is fine, their internet service isn't all that great. I deal with weird lag issues and ping spikes for no apparent reason. I'm moving to a new place and Surewest is an option. I know their internet service is great, but haven't heard about their TV service.

I'm in roseville, we have comcast switched about a year ago from surewest. service has been fine and speed and ping are good for the most part

I'm in Millbrae and recently dropped uverse for Comcast. Uverse claimed that they were at capacity for the building, with an 8M connection... Comcast somehow provides a 50M connection (that often runs at 100M)... admittedly, not quite Sacramento, but still same general-ish area. So it may be worth considering if it's an option.

I have Comcast at my apartment. We've had them for 2 years or so without any major problems.
