I have a question for anyone out of... my state (The great state of NJ).

No googling cause I just wanna see how localized this lovely phenomenon is...

Regarding traffic and roads, if you come to a "jughandle," would you know what to do? Just answer as honestly as you can. If you have no idea what that even means, all the better.

You stop and take a look/read it if it says something. My guess is that it's like a traffic light or stop sign.

Those are the off rampy things for making a left turn. But you have to exit right first and then it sorta loops you around so that you then cross at a traffic light. When you exit off of your road the off ramp makes a jug handle shape.
