Have you tried ripping the pomegranate apart while holding it underwater (in a large bowl or sink)? The white flesh floats and the seeds sink, so the parts you want to keep will separate from the parts you want to throw away.

This is an extremely healthy and filling meal I have roughly five days a week. Note the presence of nutritious items such as chocolate and crisps. I particularly feel that the diet coke is vital to a healthy British lifestyle, bringing a whole 2 calories of energy to the table every 100 ml. I'm considering filtering out the smoothie and the poppy seed roll to accentuate the wholesomeness of the rest of the meal.
