I won't have time to cook tomorrow, i'll be working most of the day

I use a nice marinade for steak

Garlic powder
Chili powder
Soy sauce
Worchestershire
A-1
crushed red pepper flakes
lemon pepper
pepper
salt
paprika

usually let it marinade atleast 3 hours

left pizza is salami and mushrooms right pizza is plain that I left in too long because I had to sooth a crying toddler

the bread thing is a prosciutto and Pillsbury bread ring. simple and good. the white dish has "queso fundido" this one was roasted poblanos and mushrooms

Welp, made a total of 16 steaks this weekend. I even changed one person's entire perspective on how to eat/order a steak. Namely, because he always gets it well done, and I handed him a perfect rare filet mignon seasoned to near perfection. He took a bite and I changed his life.

<wee woo wee woo wee woo, emergency butcher arriving> There is no blood in steak...despite the red coloring. Blood quickly spoils and ruins meat...you want it gone. It is just the color of the meat and the fat oozing out. Besides, blood congeals at the temp we store meat in...it would look terribad and I am NOT going to have my display case full of terrible looking congealed messes.

If it ain't moo-ing at me, it's too done.

1 can (53oz) of Pork and Beans
1 Lbs hamburger
1 Lbs bacon
1 cup diced onion
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)

brown hamburger and cook bacon to desired crispness, throw everything into a crock pot and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
Goes well with corn chips.
Yum!


(you could also add diced red and green peppers to spice it up a bit)
