I believe it to be Pacific time, because it won't let me 'vote again' until 3:00am Eastern.
Their address is in Tampa (Eastern of course) but perhaps the server is in Pacific or something.

Final Totals are in: 10,134
Dan moved UP from position 64 to position 63 thanks to some dedicated last minute voters. This puts him at 5.143 percent by my calculations. Whether or not this gets him to the review board depends on how they calculate the "top 5%". Perhaps Bullet can keep us posted on that?
Regardless, I think everyone's participation was awesome. Gaming--it's more than just frag rates.

Re: Mobility Awareness Month! Need moar votes!
Figured it out. The website did update the listings of all the semi-finalists with a special "semi-finalist" tag. I searched for a few of the top vote getters to verify this and they were all approriately tagged.
Dan's listing was not tagged so my assumption is 5.143% did not count as being in the top five percent. But WOW! was he ever close.
Often times we make efforts that don't reach the goal, but we try and that's all we can do. We had good participation. NEXT time though...we'll be really, really ready. Double votes and all
