Fraps is what I use though I have a licensed version. The free trial only restricts you to 30 seconds or so I believe

Unless you want watermarks or time limitations, there really isn't much you'll find for free.El_Hefe wrote:What do you guys use (if anyone) to record your games? i.e. fraps

Not only for streaming, but there is an option to save file locally instead. Only pain is you have to change the file name in settings manually each time you do it.

I've been using fraps for around 8 years. Play Claw is another paid option. Though I think with play claw you only get one year of free updates then have to pay. With fraps all the updates are free. What do you guys use (if anyone) to record your games? i.e. fraps

I think if you have some kind of Razer Game thingy, then you can use Razer Game Boooster and that has a screen capture amd video recording in it. I don't know if you need to buy something from them or if it's just free.
