I know we had a thread a while back asking about the origins of forum names, but what are the origins of your avatar?



Mine is JC Denton (The main character from the first Dues Ex) uttering the famous line "A Bomb!" for which he won several academy awards for such an emotional deliverance.

I play Pyro, I found it on the internet somewhere, and that was good enough for me

I hope mine is fairly self-explanatory.

Unless you mean our Steam avatars instead of forum. My Steam avatar is a picture of my daughter covering her face while giggling.

Mine has a theme but I've never quite nailed down what it was.

I don't think my forum avatar(s) needs explanation.

My Steam avatar, Stinkoman (Strong Bad's japanime persona), was chosen because it was a design that was still legible in TF2 with it's small avatar boxes and also because at the time I was a pretty big Homestar Runner fan; still am but since they haven't done anything in the past two years it's lost some of it's luster.

Doctor who

It's the golden dome also referred to in my username.

Mine is the universal symbol for awesomeness, My Signature however is a memorial for the CG members lost in duty and sadly I was friends with half of them (I actually need to ask dog if he can increase the character limit on sigs, I have more to add)

Currently, my avatar is Meenah Peixes from Homestuck. Particularly, a sprite from the 2012 Halloween "Mini-Strife!" update.


My Steam avatar is Redcloak from The Order of the Stick.

My avatar signifies crushing disappointment, at least after Monday.

lets see my current avatar is still christmas themed if i recall. Adapted from a comic from the site explodingdog.com where people would send the artist words or phrases and he would draw a cartoon off of that.

On theVille its Raz from Psychonauts in the Velvetopia level. Best level!
