Flip flop: (n) this term is used to describe someone who attempts to do a flip off of a diving board, but fails miserably and ends up doing a belly flop that looks painful.

Redemption (v.) -- the state of being in which one must "demp" (stuffing a wet rag down a tight hole) something that had previously been "demped".
