Thanks for the good wishes everybody. I am not left handed so my working ability has not decreased much. The accident did not involve a knife in any way. A huge metal sink was dropped on my hand, and the edge caught me between my pinky and ring finger slicing quite deep into my hand. The dropee, who was NOT doing what I told them to do, has been verbally assualted, and when my hand is back to normal, will probably be physically assaulted as well. I was in and out of the ER in record time, it's great living in a small town. Hey, were ya ever able to look into your hand and see the bones and tendons movin around? I was, and I do NOT recommend it. That stuff is supposed to remain covered up by skin. On the plus side, this is the first time I've been sick/injured since 1989, when I got shot while working for the Coca-Cola company... But that is a story for another day...

Oldman, I hope you get better soon! However, you cannot tell us you have been shot while working for Coca-Cola and not tell us the rest of the story!!! I must know this information, as it is pertinent to my well-being...
