I remember Merf and Danno from the old DoD days. They'd slap me all over the server, it was awesome. Then there was Blue Ruler, we killed him a lot and he seemed to enjoy it. Keyes and RebelRouser were there too, usually had the mini lan party going in my basement.

I don't remember who else, but I know for sure Blown65 was the first guy I met here and the one who lured me into the forums. I wasn't really a forum person at that time.

I think it was either Carpe or penty.gc, back around November or December 2007, before I was even a forum-goer.

First it was Nick Mame, then Dredfox and Gruel before the forums. After I joined the forums, but before I really knew what the Ville was, I admired all the "cool kids" on TV2. (Infy, Itchy, Fruitman, etc)
Those were good times, but I would like to believe these are greater times.

X.O.Skeleton was definitely the first person I strongly associated not just with playing on the servers, but with actually being a Villun. I was a TV6'r exclusively, and Skelly was the tagged name I saw more than everybody else combined, back then. Once I started visiting the forums, I believe Squirrel and Beeron were folks I rapidly recognized and began to follow, so to speak.

Papaweasy on Dod 1.3, he schooled me on how to play the game. My first ever on-line gaming. I also vividly remember Dog and his delightful accent and serenades. (Not to mention his devious laugh and admin hax.) LOL!

I first came here thanks to the 24/7 Dustbowl server, and I honestly don't think I could name any particular people on that server now. I just played there cause the atmosphere was good and I liked Dustbowl a lot at the time.

When it comes to people I really remember becoming friends with and looking forward to playing with, I always choose the early 2008 CS:S crew - people like Cooper, Tickles, Mujo, Stevo, Gator. Those are the times/people that really kept me here more than anything else!

Carpe and Alizee. The Vegeta and Ghob, back when 3 of the 4 played on Dustbowl a whole bunch. Then I went to warpath, where everyone is a regular...

Then when I joined the dod fun I remember see'ing Gator in the first dod game on The Ville server.

I think when I first discovered the server I was going under the name German Technology... Then quickly switched over to the name I now have. I like ducks more. Plus people were getting the wrong message when they got killed by a Pyro named German Technology...

24/7 Dustbowl as well brought me here.
I loved TFC Dustbowl, it was the only map I would play; so when I first got TF2 I wanted to play it some more.

Now I don't ever play on 24/7 Dustbowl without good reason.
