Meh Coldplay should sue themselves for plagiarism all their songs sound the same to me :roll:

I think the music is extremely close, I wouldn't be surprised if they did indeed lift it. Seems like so many "artists" do that now a days.

BTW, when I first heard Coldplay's song (heard it again on the Grammy's tonight - that's what reminded me), but I thought the background music was a rip of Alizee's 'J'en ai Marre'

So what we have is Coldplay ripping off two songs...:

As a musician, sometimes I will screw around with riffs that I come up with, and coincidentally songs have the same exact riff that I had been playing. Like this song called vultures by parachutes, has the exact same riff that I was playing around with. If I hadn't actually heard the song, it most likely would have became a song, and I wasn't ripping it off.
