Its violin, and it doesnt change pitch or not as fast as the latter and it also doesnt have as many notes. so... no, sorry mate

so many bands today are influenced by others of the past and they arent afraid to admit that. But I really think its no reason to claim plagiarism. The biggest thing that cant be called plagiarism is when two bands sing in the same pitch. identical riffs maybe, but not identical pitch of voice. Like a few Cujo posted.

Even if it's unintentional, plagiarism is still plagiarism. Just ask George Harrison.
