I would add zpo_lakeofthedead and zps_cabin and remove zpo_tanker and zps_deadblock but keep the objective version.

cinema is horrible. The guy who made it spent so much time trying to make it look like a cinema that he forgot to put guns and ammo in it.
Pain in the ass map.

Should add lake of the dead though.

I really like Cinema. It's realistic feeling, and requires good strategy and teamwork. I've seen it won both ways.

I agree we should add Lake of the Dead

I'm not a fan of Biotec, it feels a bit overly convoluted, but that may just be my current lack of familiarity with it.

Good suggestions so far. Although, I would remove subway, its so large for starting a server.

Biotec is really complicated. You'd need a map to figure out anything. At the same time though it's one of the few objective maps that we have. It might be a fun map if we had more time to figure it out.

I agree with acidwater. And a RTV option would be awesome.

RTV is not implemented on any Ville server.
The reason is that you need a mature crowd to run RTV. In our experience we find it clears a server.
So RTV is not possible.

I ran in to a very fun custom last night.

It's called "Barrel Hunt"

It's a deathmatch map in traditional developer's orange and grey boxes, and the terrain is filled with oil barrels. Zombies look like barrels instead of zombies, and are very very hard to detect if they remain still. There are hold-out spots in various places, and a good assortment of weapons. It was very enjoyable as a bit of humor tossed in to the otherwise dark and forboding zombie atmosphere..

i love barrel hunt, but my only problem with it was that the maker should of made all the zombie barrels be unturned. You can look at the hole on top of a barrel, and the odd 1 out is a zombie. Also you can see barrels while they're looking around.
Got that 1 ramp that's like 100 ft long so survivors just stay up there the whole match too.

We chased people off the ramp left right and sideways yesterday :-P Just gotta have a couple zombies attack together. Also, there is a spot where zombies can jump from the barrels below up on to the ramp a third of the way along, which is pretty effective.

The barrel-hole issue is there, though somebody on the server said there's a version around where the holes are all random on the barrels. That would be pretty darn scary :-P
