While at Disneyland and looking at a map, the first thing you think when you notice the life saving equipment at various places in the park:

When, in your otherwise normal un-zombie-related dreams, useful items have glowing blue or white outlines.

you're afraid that a friends mom, who smokes, will choke you.

When you plan an escape route and readily available meele wepon to use at work to get to safety. or just having an escape plan for anywhere you go.
