L4D2 Crashing at load screen

I had a problem tonight, and found out how to fix it and thought I would share...

I was launching the game, single player "The Passing", and it kept bombing the game with a "Failure to precache" or some such nonsense. I tried validating files and everything, but that didn't fix it. Did some interwebs research and apparently there is some kind of conflict between the add on content (L4D1 maps that many of us set up a while back) and "the passing".

I un-selected them (dis-enabled?) and she fired right up and ran fine.

Just wanted to spread the word...
